COVID-19 Update

For over 35 years, our team has been here to help injured people when they need us the most. While we are entering uncharted territory due to the outbreak of COVID-19, we want to assure our clients and potential clients that we are still here for you.

Our dedication to injured victims is always our number one priority. Currently, our staff is working remotely and will do so until further notice. Our staff continues to work diligently on your case while also following CDC guidelines and practicing social distancing. Furthermore, we have implemented a series of changes to keep both our clients and our team safe and healthy during this pandemic.

  • In an effort to reduce the possibility of spreading the COVID-19, all visitors must have an appointment. To schedule an appointment, please contact your Legal Assistant.
  • We ask all clients to only make an in-person appointment if it is absolutely necessary. Otherwise, please utilize electronic forms of communication, including phone calls and emails.
  • We are still here to help. Our staff, while working remotely, is available to you from Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time. As always, we are available every day 24/7 at our toll-free number, 800 800 4600.
  • Our firm has introduced a system called eCase, where we can take care of your case almost completely electronically. We understand that when you are injured, you still need our help. You don’t have to leave the comfort of your home to for us to start helping you.

We thank each and every one of you for your trust in us while handling your case. During these uncertain times, we take comfort in the fact that everything we do is for the betterment of our injured clients. We are all in this together, and we will continue to take on each day and it’s challenges as they come.
